Code of Conduct

We DO:

  • Meet all clients and candidate prior to any business relationship
  • Provide initial counsel to candidates regarding market expectations
  • Work on a “sole agency” basis with candidates, with no danger of confidentiality issues
  • Follow client protocols and procedures wherever possible
  • Return all calls/emails same day, or within 24 hours at worst
  • Provide swiftly honest and comprehensive feedback on submissions, interviews and offers
  • Agree any fees up front, clearly and confirmed in writing before effecting any introduction
  • Only accept assignments which we are confident we can complete successfully within time scales and budget
  • Have the main office in Lime Street, London; but deal with global opportunities and candidates

We DON’T:

  • Try to push square pegs into round holes
  • Send any CV without express permission from candidate following full brief
  • Delegate an entrusted role or CV to a less senior consultant, nor dilute a single contact point
  • Advertise “jobs”, especially ones that don’t exist
  • Leave any candidate or client wondering or waiting for news or feedback
  • Work with candidates who register with multiple “agencies” and/or batch CVs
  • Limit ourselves to favoured clients in exchange for PSL benefits, or be restricted with regard to candidates from specific clients
  • Contact or induce any candidate who we have introduced to a client to subsequently leave that employment
  • Have multiple 'Versions of The Truth'
